Andy Summerfield
Andy has spent over two decades operating at the intersection of infrastructure, technology, and capital. He held senior commercial and leadership roles at BT, gaining deep experience in complex contracts and long-term asset economics. He is currently an Investment Director at Elbow Beach, working with early-stage companies and boards on strategy, capital allocation, and growth. Alongside venture investing, Andy has built and managed a portfolio of property and operating businesses with a disciplined, long-term approach.
Jules Cooper
Jules is the founder of Podium, a premium office services and workspace business, where he led the company from inception through growth and operational scale-up. He brings extensive experience in property-backed operating businesses, customer-led design, and the day-to-day realities of running and optimising physical assets. At Podas, Jules focuses on operational strategy, asset utilisation, and ensuring that investments translate into well-run, commercially successful properties.
